Since 2001, Jay has held roles at Full Moon as Studio Engineer, Manager, Bassist, Drummer, Guitarist, Vocalist, Electrician, all around Handyman and, last but not least, Owner. For the last 20 years, 95% of the artists that have come through our door were either recorded, produced, set up or mixed by Jay. Many have also seen his bass guitar skills put to use as well. Most recently, Jay Rodgers has acted as Producer, recording bassist and Front-Of-House engineer for platinum country artist Gavin Adcock.
Matthew Greer
Lead House Engineer
Matthew Greer has made Full Moon his home for the last 4 years. Through his time working in music, he has learned to value comfort and peace of mind of the artist above all. Although specializing in country, alt-rock and any guitar-based music, he has done in-studio and live sound work in all genres. Merging an education of home recording, experience in a professional studio and expertise in various niche media, Matthew utilizes Full Moon as an instrument - striving to capture the best sounds he can whilst encouraging spontaneity and creativity in the artist. When he is not working at Full Moon, you can find Matthew making noise in all frequencies in the Athens music scene.
Vince Truong
Studio Manager and House Engineer
Beginning as intern live assistant at Full Moon 2021, Vince Truong has taken on the role of Studio Manager and House Engineer at Full Moon. Through the tutelage of numerous engineers such as Jay Rodgers and Paul Lee, he has obtained a vast array of musical perspectives which have fueled his own philosophy to engineering and mixing. By combining his experiences in music production, music theory and live sound, he strives to bring the artist’s vision to reality by means of collaboration. Whether tracking a band live or recording vocals over a beat, Vince offers invaluable knowledge and skills during the recording process.
Milo Sandford
House Engineer
Starting as an intern and transitioning to engineer, Milo has spent his time at Full Moon honing his skills as an audio engineer, producer, bassist, and musician. He prides himself on adaptability and has worked with artists spanning the genres of spoken-word, rap, pop, and indie rock. He’s happy to work with any artist and approaches every new challenge with the same insatiable vigor.
